Nathanael is the CEO of Worklib, where he leads the company’s strategy and growth in the rapidly evolving future of work landscape.
He oversees the vision, scaling and key partnerships of Worklib’s hybrid work platform, enabling companies to give employees access to a global network of high-quality, on-demand workspaces.
He graduated from Centrale Lille and holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering and sustainable development from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where he focused on the socio-economic and environmental impacts of new mobility and urban policies.
Before taking on the CEO role at Worklib, Nathanael co-founded Neo-nomade and LBMG Worklabs, helping pioneer flexible real estate, coworking and new ways of working for companies and public-sector organizations across Europe. He now leverages more than a decade of experience in the future of work to position Worklib as the global reference for on-demand, flexible workspaces.
